Forms of Ojas
Ojas is categorized into two:

- Apara - Apara Ojas is sarvanga sharira vyapi which implies its presence in our whole body. ½ anjali is the quantity of Apara Ojas present where anjali is the unit of measuring the volume of liquid in our body. Resembling its properties with Kapha (Shleshma), this Ojas got its name as Shleshma Ojas.
Apara Ojas is connected with our heart and its adequate amount results in slowing down the bodily function with low immunity.
