When you visit our website or buy something from our store, you agree to terms set out in this agreement. We reserve the right to change terms set in this agreement. When we do so, we will update this page and mark the date when updates were made.

General Conditions

You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, images, video and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, fraudulent activity or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Pricing

We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. In occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a products price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.

Checkout Process

Once you have finished shopping, all the items you wish to purchase are added to your cart. Your next step will be to go through the checkout process and make the payment. To do this:

Click on the "checkout" button

Fill-in or check your contact details, the details of your order, the delivery address and the invoicing address

Select payment method and complete order

You can pay using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets

Cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery & Shipping

We offer free shipping over INR 600 to most locations in India. For orders below INR 600, a nominal shipping charge of INR 50 is added.

We usually dispatch products that are in stock within two to three business days from the time your order is placed.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order.

Return & Cancellation

For all orders shipped out, we adhere to a No exchange/ No store credit policy only (No refund). No exchange/store credit will apply to our Products

In a rare case if you do receive damaged products, please send us digital photos of the product at info@ojasshop.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll assist you and will provide you with the best possible solution with your complaint. We will be unable to exchange used products or items that do not match the goods shipped out in the order placed.

Similarly if you receive an incorrect product, please email us at info@ojasshop.com within a period of 7 days from the date you received the product and we will take care of the rest.

Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email info@ojasshop.in within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.

There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products. For Book a Consult with Our Doctor Online, customers will be charged Rs. 500 for a 20 mins consultation fee via payment gateway Razorpay, by selecting a date and time. An email will be sent to the customers with the confirmation. If they would like to cancel the booking, there will be a 25% charge and balance will be refunded. The refund may take 5-7 days to process.

Please allow up to 5 working days for credits to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/missing parcels.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Ojas Ayurvedic Supplements, our subsidiaries, employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and and disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only
