Refund policy

For Book a Consult with Our Doctor Online, customers will be charged Rs. 500 for a 20 mins consultation fee via payment gateway Razorpay, by selecting a date and time. An email will be sent to the customers with the confirmation. If they would like to cancel the booking, there will be a 25% charge and balance will be refunded. The refund may take 5-7 days to process.
